A scheduled maintenance workflow should run at 02:30 UTC on weekdays. The schedule is committed only on a feature branch. Why is no scheduled run created for that branch?

1. Run the feature-branch schedule once with workflow_dispatch so it becomes an independent branch schedule.
2. A schedule always uses the timezone of the person who committed the file.
3. Set the job environment name to the feature branch to select that branch scheduled definition.
4. Scheduled execution requires the definition on the default branch and uses the latest default-branch commit.
