The build job creates dist/app.zip successfully. A deploy job on a different GitHub-hosted runner cannot find that file. Which correction is appropriate?

1. Use a dependency cache as the only authoritative release-artifact transfer and skip artifact verification.
2. Upload dist/app.zip from build, declare needs: build on deploy, and download that named artifact before deployment.
