Why does an Exadata VM cluster deployment request client and backup network ranges?

1. Application connectivity and Oracle-managed backup traffic have separate network purposes.
2. The backup range exposes a public SQL listener.
3. Every database row must have a client and backup IP address.
4. Both ranges must overlap to permit Oracle RAC.
