A page should show employees for the department selected in P20_DEPT. An AJAX refresh runs, but it still uses the previous department. What should be checked?

1. Whether the region has a longer title
2. Whether all other regions are deleted
3. Whether the page has a different favicon
4. That the item is submitted for the AJAX request and used by the region query
